At present,all countries in the world attach great importance to the protection of the atmosphere.The standards of emissions on atmospheric pollutants for thermal power plants put forward a very high requirement for soot emissions.The concentration can not exceed 30 mg/m~3.As far as now,electric precipitators are widely used in the thermal power plants of our country.It is very difficult for conventional electric dust removal equipment to reach this emission target.Increasing the power frequency of electric dust removal equipment is an effective way to improve the dust removal rate.With the unremitting efforts of Scientific and technical personnel,the high-frequency power supply of electric dust removal plant has been applied to the actual production,which has greatly improved the effect of emission reduction of thermal power plant.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of electric dust removal.The main parameters of ESP are analyzed and studied.Secondly,the main influencing factors of dust removal performance are studied,including dust characteristics,flue gas characteristics,structural factors and operational factors.Thirdly,the working principle and function of high frequency power supply are introduced.The concept of high frequency power supply is given too.The main composition and function of high frequency power supply are analyzed.Fourth,the design,manufacture and debugging of the high frequency power supply control circuit are completed.Finally,with the actual situation of China Resources Power Plant,the high frequency power supply designed in this paper is used to complete the upgrading and transformation of power plant#3 unit ESP.Under 320 MW working conditions,the dust removal efficiency was increased by1.2%after the transformation.The annual emission of dust was reduced by 284 tons,and energy conservation was 657.6 kWh per day.The technological transformation achieved the expected results.
