With the stateincreasing stringent requirements to coal-fired power plants pollutants emission,ESP of active service power plants need to satisfy the environmental protection requirements via upgrading or adding new facilities.By deep research and analysis to worldwide new dedusting technologies principle and situation,integrating ESP power supply devices,installation of low-temperature economizer upstream of ESP,FGD mist eliminator retrofit,integrated FGD & dedusting retrofit,installation of WESP and other technologies,to achieve super low emission of dust ultimately.This article is on the basis of 4×300MW coal-fired units in Sanhe Power Plant,and base on the geographical location,the situation of ESP installation and operation of each unit,quality of coal,quality of flue gas,layout of facilities and other existed elements,to choose different ESP technological routes.For unit 1 and unit 2,the technological route: low-temperature economizer at the inlet of ESP + high frequency power for ESP + GGH removing + efficient mist eliminator retrofit for FGD + WESP;for unit 3 and unit 4,the technological route: low-temperature economizer at the inlet of ESP + high frequency power for ESP + integrated dedusting and FGD + WESP.Project practice showed,the dedusting schemes for 4 units in Sanhe Power Plant are economic and feasible,the result fully achieved the anticipated effectiveness,that is the emission of dust?5mg/m3.Thermal power generation industry as the largest consumer of coal,it has vital realistic meaning for sustainable development of coal-fired power plants to develop efficient clean coal power and to promote wide application of dust near zero emission technology.
