In view of the gradual expansion of the proportion of "three-under" coal mining resources in China,and the low production capacity of comprehensive mechanized solid filling mining technology,which can not meet the requirements of advanced mines,this paper puts forward the mining technology of double-unit and filling face to realize the safe and efficient production of "three-under" coal mining.On the basis of briefly explaining the mining technology principle of double-unit and filling face,combining with the actual mining geological conditions of ZhaiZhen Coal Mine,this paper optimizes the supporting method of double-unit and filling face by means of field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering design,determines the reasonable length of staggered section of double-unit and filling face,and systematically analyses the effect of filling ratio on double-unit and filling face worker.The influence of the law of strata pressure in double-unit and filling face.This paper mainly achieved the following results:(1)The mining method of double-unit and filling face is put forward,the basic principle and characteristics of double-unit and filling face mining are expounded,the system of double-unit and filling face and the charging and charging process are designed,and the technical difficulties of mining the filling face are condensed.The essential.(2)The influencing factors of the misalignment of the working face are analyzed.The influence of the offset and working time on the deformation and stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the mining face is studied,and the rational staggered distance of the working face is determined.(3)The FLAC3 D numerical analysis software was used to study the characteristics of mine strata behavior in the face of the double-unit and filling face under different filling ratios,and the influence mechanism of the filling ratio on the displacement of the double-unit and filling face and the overburden movement of the stope was revealed.(4)Based on the actual mining geological conditions of the ZhaiZhen Coal Mine,The mining plan and production system of the 3404 E working face were determined.The mining length of the 3404 E working face was calculated,and the layout of the 3404 E working face and the coal body stress monitoring equipment was designed.
