Based on the mining conditions in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the influence of mining height and working face width varied due to the change of mining faces,,it is urgent to grasp the influence of mining size change on the bearing effect of filling pierpillar.Under different mining height and working face width,both stability of filling pier-column and surface subsidence were studied through several methods including numeral simulation,physical model experiment and field measurement.With other paraments remained unchanged,including material of filling piercolumn,pitch and space,and working face width,the larger the mining height was,the large the bearing stress increased to,and the lower the stability performed.If the mining height is less than 1.5 m,the larger the mining height was,the larger the surface deformation was.However,there was a slightly significant effect on surface deformation when it exceeded 1.5 m.As mining height,material of filling pier-column,space and pitch remained unchanged,the larger the working face width was,the larger the surface deformation was.Nevertheless,there was a lightly significant effect on bearing stress and of piercolumn and distribution of elastoplastic region.The bearing characteristics of filling piers-column and the monitoring of roadway deformation were carried out in 27404 working face of No.7 mining area of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,Zibo.When the working face is 80 m wide and 0.86 m high,the bearing capacity of filling piers-column in filling face is good and the overlying strata can be effectively supported.The results are in accordance with the conclusions of the simulation study mentioned above.Research results of this paper,on bearing effect of filling pier-column was studied to provide scientific evidence for performance evaluation of filling pier-column,and to improve the establishment of harmless and ecological coal mine.The dissertation has 60 figures,17 tables and 84 references.
