At present,high temperature coal tar is processed by distillation for primary separation,and the fraction is cut by controlling the distillation temperature to achieve the separation purpose.The defects of this method are mainly that the obtained product has low purity and large energy consumption.In this paper,Shanxi Jinyuan high temperature coal tar is used as raw material to explore different processing and utilization methods.In this study,the light fraction of Jinyuan high temperature coal tar(L-HTCT)was separated by column chromatography.The gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC/MS)was used as the main analytical method.It is separated by two-stage column chromatography;hydrogenation of Jinyuan high-temperature coal tar light component(Q-L-HTCT)and The fraction hydrogenation product(LQ-L-HTCT)were separated by column chromatography after explored the optimal separation conditions of Q-L-HTCT and LQ-L-HTCT.Firstly,L-HTCT was separated by using silica gel(particle size of 40?m)as packing material and petroleum ether(60~90 ~oC)as the developing agent through the first stage column chromatography.After GC/MS analysis,it was found that some substances were rich.The effect of the set is more obvious,but it needs to be further separated and purified to meet the industrial requirements.Because the types of substances contained in the L-HTCT are complicated and there are many substances with similar polarities.The four fractions of L1-L4 with significant enrichment effect obtained by primary column chromatography were subjected to second stage column chromatography to obtain naphthalene(92.5%)?biphenylene(93.1%)?biphenyl(98.3%)?pyrene(97.9%)?phenanthrene(95.2%)?anthracene(96.9%)?fluoranthene(99.9%)and other relatively high content fractions,the separation and purification effect reached expectations.A series of relatively high content and yields obtained by second stage column chromatography indicate that the coal tar is finely separated to obtain high-purity chemicals is an effective and feasible processing method by column chromatography.Through the prepared Ni/AP hydrogenation catalyst,two hydrogenation products QL-HTCT and LQ-L-HTCT were obtained,and the separation chromatographic conditions were explored,including selection of detection wavelength?type of stationary phase filler?type of developer?developer ratio?elution time,etc.According to the optimal conditions obtained by the exploration,the two hydrogenated products were separated by column chromatography to obtain hexadecahydropyrene(87.7%)?hexadecahydrofluoranthene(85.6%)?tetradecahydrophenanthrene(91.6%)?decahydronaphthalene(100%)?icosahydroperylene(83.2%)?octadecahydrochrysene(97.917%)has obvious effects on separation and purification.This method can obtain different products by controlling separation and hydrogenation sequence,making the separated products more flexible.It is a new idea for the separation of high temperature coal tar.The paper has 47 pictures,50 tables,and 103 references.
