At present,in order to effectively extract organic chemical raw materials in washi ng oil(WO),the main way is to continuously cut narrow fractions, and then further p urification and refining to obtain products. This method is relatively complicated and e xpensive. This paper uses Wuhan Iron and Steel Company's washing oil as raw materi al to explore different related separation methods. In this study, column chromatography was used for the preliminary separation of washing oil,and secondary column chromatography(SCC)was used for further separat ion.Using the prepared high-efficiency nickel carbonyl catalyst(Ni/Z5A),the washing oil and the eluent were hydrogenated to obtain the washing oil hydrogenation product(Q-WO)and the eluent hydrogenation product(AQ-WO).Optimal separation conditions and separation them by column chromatographyFirstly, medium pressure preparative chromatography was used to separate the was hing oil by primary column chromatography(PCC).The filler used was 40?m silica g el and the developing solvent was petroleum ether(60~90 ~oC).Analysis was performed by a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).Some substances in the eluent h ave a better enrichment effect, but they are far from industrial requirements and need further separation and purification.Secondly, two column chromatography experiments were performed on the two elu ents,A1 and A2,which had better enrichment effect after first-stage column chromatog raphy, industrial methyl naphthalene(98.149%);dihydrofluorene(99.323%),dibenzofura n(98.997%),4-methyl-dibenzofuran(91.673%).It also shows that the separation of wa shing oil by column chromatography to extract high value-added chemicals is feasible. Finally, the prepared Ni/Z5A catalyst was used to catalyze the washing oil and th e eluent separated by column chromatography to obtain hydrogenation products for sep aration. The optimal separation conditions were explored, including the ultraviolet detec tion wavelength, the developing agent and its ratio, etc.,using the optimal separation c onditions to explore the column chromatography of the hydrogenation product, several relatively high eluents were separated, obtain decalin(100%),dicyclohexane(82.638%),decahydroacenaphthene(84.323%),dodecafluorene(94.326%),2-cyclohexyl and cycloh exanol(81.832%),and tetradecahydrophenanthrene(92.858%).The ionization effect reac hed the expected standard. This method provides a new idea for the separation of was hing oil. There are 36 figures,36 tables and 85 references in this thesis.
