An Analysis Of Investment Value Of The Listed Companies In Environmental Protection Industry

This paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to summarize the development of environmental protection industry in China and assess the investment value of listed companies in environmental protection industry.According to the results of empirical analysis,the research provides a few suggestions for investment behavior of environmental protection industry.Firstly,the paper introduces the policy background,industrial development mode and the status of environmental protection,and takes the theory of investment value and basic analysis method as the theoretical basis of the study.The first part makes a general overview of the development and research of environmental protection industry from the development stage,industrial structure,evaluation system and investment value of environmental protection industry.Secondly,on the basis of studying the relevant literature on the investment value of listed companies at home and abroad,the paper further collects and summarizes the development status,trend and related influencing factors of environmental protection industry in China.In view of the development of environmental protection industry,the basic analysis method is used to analyze the problem from macro,mesoscale and micro perspectives.Thirdly,the empirical study introduces the model construction and the application of principal component analysis in detail,and then takes principal component analysis as the main method of empirical analysis.The study selects 47 representative listed companies of environmental protection industry,collects and collates the cross-sectional data of financial indicators in the annual report of 2017.According to the investment value analysis,the rank of the final principal component score is obtained.The results of empirical analysis show that in the listed companies of environmental protection industry,Sanju Environmental Protection Company and Elion Energy Company are in good condition and have more investment value than other listed companies of environmental protection industry.Finally,according to the actual situation,on the basis of empirical analysis,the paper makes a general analysis of the operating conditions of the two target enterprises.Combining the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the last part of the paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations and investment proposals.
