The mine belt conveyor has some unique advantages,such as long delivery distance,giant transportation ability,continuous transportation and smooth operation.It is an important equipment in the coal mine transportation system.It will directly impact on the coal mining work when the mine belt conveyor has broken down during operation.Therefore,studying the fault diagnosis of mine belt conveyor and ensuring the mine belt conveyor safety and stability are the guarantee of mine safety production,which has research value and practical significance.This thesis takes mine belt conveyor as the research object.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign research status of mining belt conveyor,the fault of the mining belt conveyor was analyzed in depth,and the fault signal of the belt conveyor failure were determined.Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT)is used to decompose and extract the vibration signal in the fault signal and this thesis use the decomposition results as a fault diagnosis sample data set of the mine belt conveyor.Then,Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)algorithm is used to diagnose and analyze the malfunction.Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of the diagnostic model is unstable due to the randomly generated input weights and implicit layer bias in the diagnosis process of the ELM algorithm,Genetic algorithm(GA)is used to optimize the parameters of Extreme Learning Machine model.GA-ELM fault diagnosis model is built and applied to fault diagnosis of mine belt conveyor and it is verified by experimental simulation.On the basis of the original protection system of the belt conveyor,a fault diagnosis system for the mine belt conveyor is designed in this thesis.Through the interaction function between the host computer and MATLAB,the fault diagnosis of the mining belt conveyor is completed,and the functions of displaying,analyzing,diagnosing and alarming the operation status information of the mine belt conveyor are realized.Meanwhile,the feasibility of the fault diagnosis algorithm model of mine belt conveyor is verified.By studying the fault of mine belt conveyor and fault diagnosis technology,this thesis can realize the efficient and stable fault diagnosis and can perfect and supplement the protection system of mine belt conveyor,and ensure the safe production of coal mine to a certain extent,which has certain theoretical research and engineering application value.
