| Belt conveyor is an important continuous transportaion machinery, plays an important role in the transportation of bulk-cargo,widely used in mining industry, light industry, port transportation and other areas of the industry. Belt conveyor occupied a pivotal position in coal mine transportation, with its advantage of large capacity of tansporting and high cost-performance. it is too hard to repair belt converyor, for the poor environment in the coal mine,which result of high rate of accidents. Especially in small coal mines, because of the unadvanced technology, it can not take the measures to prevent and resolve in time, which not only caused great threaten to personal safety,but also greatly affected the productivity and economic efficiency. The intelligent fault diagnosis can greatly improve this situation,satisified the needs of the development of production, this technology provide strong support for the rapid development of belt conveyor technology,so the intelligent fault diagnosis technology would be a hot spot in belt conveyor technology.Fistly, the article studies the various fault of the belt, and analyzes the reason of all kinds of fault, then selects the right transducers in order to detecting and processing signals. Secondly, it analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation in fault diagnosis technology, summarizes the various types of fault diagnosis, intelligent fault diagnosis for minebelt conveyor, the article studied the diagnostic method based on D-S evidence theory information fusion technology. The method can fuse the signal data of multi-sensor, after the necessary processing.Take advantage of fusion rules of evidence theory, it could realize integration between the two sets of data,even three or more sets of data.the reliability of syncretic data have been improved a lot. the fault results was determined by diagnostic judgment rules. the method is very practical, and implement easily. Then the article study the communication between PLC and computer, select the Siemens S7-200 PLC and communicate with kingview, make use of EM235 analog modules which meet the design requirements. Design of PLC analog sensor signal acquisition program,PLC will gain and store sensor signal then send to the PC when PC monitoring system need sensor data. Designing of the PC monitoring system interface with kingview, realizing the animated connectivity and Web Publish,intuitive it displayed the operating status of the belt conveyor, also can view real-time data and historical curve,view real-time monitoring of belt conveyor operating status and fault information. Timely fault alarm remind staff to take action before a failure occurs, in order to achieve the purpose of fault diagnosis. |
