With the increasing mining depth of coal mine,the coupling mechanism of mining overburden breakage,gas adsorption/desorption and seepage flow becomes more and more complux,which makes great troubles for safe and efficient gas extraction.One of the most efficient means to solve this problem is soild-gas coupling physical similar simulation experiment.Therefore,the development of coal like materials is the key step for it.Based on adsorbent selected and coal like materials developed,7 materials with gas adsorption materials and Aiweiergou 1890 coal were selected and WY-98A constant gas adsorption analyzer was used to study their adsorption in this paper.In addition,the coal-like materials can be developed based on them.The changing rule of physical mechanical parameters for caol-like materials could be got by DYD,and the conclusion were shown as follows.(1)7 materials selected all have great pore structure,and their pore volume,specific surface area are larger than experimental coal sample.Seen from adsorption isotherm,Gaolin and Guizao cannot be described by Langmuir model,and the adsorption rule is different with coal,so it cannot be used as adsorption materials(2)The adsorption isotherm of experimental coal in different factors can be described by Langmuir model,and its adsorption amount descrease with the increase of temperature,partiacl size and moisture.The isotherm of 3 kinds of molecular sieves in different factors cannot fully described by Langmuir model.The change trends of silica gel and activated alumina with different factors are similar to coal,but changing rule is different.The sensitivity of experimental matarials to various factors is different.(3)Physical mechanical change rule of coal-like materials have been studied by designing different mixture ratio.Volume-weight increases with increase of gypsum and cement,and decreases with the increase of silica gel.Uniaxial compressive strength and cement,and decreases with the increase of silica gel.Uniaxial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity increase with the increase of gypsum and cement,and decrease with silica gel.The uniaxial compressive strength of the coal-like rock materials is 0.215?2.39 MPa,the elastic modulus is 16.875?112.498 MPa,and the bulk density is 12.542?17.474 g/cm3,and it conforms to the similar scale.The research results have certain guiding significance for gas enrichment area identification and gas extraction.
