Study On The Recognition Of Coal And Rock Cutting State And The Control Strategy Of Shearer

With the development of modern industry,the intelligent and automatic development of coal mine production is the general trend.To carry out the automation research of each main link of coal mining operation is helpful for the comprehensive improvement of the scale,automation and intelligence level of coal mining production.As the most critical equipment in the fully mechanized mining face,the automation degree of the shearer determines the efficiency and safety level of the whole mining production.Based on the analysis of the working process of electric haulage shearer,this paper presents the adaptive cutting control scheme and the overall structure of shearer.Through the acquisition of signals such as shearer cutting motor current,traction motor current and oil cylinder pressure,the sensor signals collected in the factory experimental base are taken as data samples.According to the wavelet packet decomposition theory,the signal data are analyzed and extracted.BP neural network is used to identify the cutting state of coal and rock.According to the adjustment range of shearer's hauling speed,drum height and rotating speed according to the cutting risk coefficient,an adaptive correction strategy of shearer's cutting part control is put forward through simulation analysis.Simulation results show that based on the state of coal and rock cutting state recognition of coal winning machine cutting control,by higher oil cylinder pressure signal,traction motor current and cutting current weighted average energy,reflecting the drum cutting medium properties,determine the cutting risk coefficient of coal winning machine,through the adaptive correction control,determine cutting danger coefficient exceeds the threshold,then put forward the control strategy,simulation analysis can help coal winning machine to adapt to changes in coal and rock can be determined,to assure the safety of the production in the coal winning machine is efficient,and can play a positive role.
