Lignite which is the low rank coal and rich in resources,the development and utilization of lignite have become the focus of research.This article chooses Inner Mongolia Shengli lignite?referred to as SL?,and lignite char,pickling lignite char and pickling metal ions lignite chars were prepared at 700°C.The lignite chars were characterized by industrial analysis,FT-IR,Raman,XRD and XPS.The steam gasification performance of lignite chars were investigated by high temperature Ar and?10%+90%Ar?in a fixed bed coal-gasification reactor.The kinetic calculation and analysis of the gasification reaction process were carried out.It can be seen from the industrial analysis data that the dry ash content of the three lignite chars are significantly different,SL+-Na-700J is evidently higher than other lignite chars,and the fixed carbon content is the lowest,and the dry ash content of SL+-700J is the lowest,indicating some minerals in lignite were eluted by HCl,resulting in a decrease in dry ash.From FT-IR,Washing removal by HCl had little effect on the internal functional groups of lignite char,from the Raman characterization data analysis of lignite chars,SL+-Ni-700J degree of graphitization is the largest,resulting in the smallest planar crystal size.The smaller the degree of graphitization of lignite char,the higher the content of heteroatoms,the more unstable the structure,the more likely the reaction is.From the XRD characterization data,the d00202 value of pickling metal ions lignite char are compared with the d00202 value of SL-700J.There are different degrees of increase,the aromatic fa value of Ca and Na is larger than other metal ions,increasing the interplanar spacing of lignite chars,and the degree of lignite chars are reduced.From the analysis of XPS characterization data,three lignite chars the aromatic structure or substituted alkane is more than 77%and higher than other lignite chars,indicating that the bulk carbon structure of lignite char,pickling lignite char and pickling metal ions lignite chars are C-C/C-H.Under high-purity Ar atmosphere,the steam gasification reaction of lignite chars in the medium-low temperature zone?500°C-700°C?is mainly affected by Ca,while the steam gasification in high temperature zone?600°C-850°C?is high.The catalytic gasification reactivity of the reaction Na is the strongest.At a concentration of?10%CO+90%Ar?,the progress of the water gas shift reaction is significantly improved.The Ca,Fe and mixing of Ca/Fe in the low-temperature zone?500°C-650°C?have a good catalytic effect on the water gas shift reaction;however,the catalytic effect of Fe on the gasification reaction of carbon in the middle and low temperature zone?500°C-700°C?is not obviously,it has good gasification activity in the temperature zone?750°C-900°C?;Ca/Fe mixing has good gasification reaction activity in the temperature zone?600°C-900°C?,The water gas shift reaction in the same temperature zone also has a good catalytic effect.According to the comprehensive data,the order of steam gasification reactivity of pickling and adding metal ions lignite char is:SL+-Ca-700J>SL+-Na-700J>SL+-Ca/Fe-700J>SL+-Ni-700J>SL+-Fe-700J>SL+-Cu-700J.
