China is a country with a large population.With the growth of the elderly and the new population,the demand for medical and health care has increased rapidly,and the Chinese pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,it is accompanied by a large amount of pharmaceutical wastewater,and has become one of the important sources of pollution affecting human life.This paper mainly studies the intelligent control system of the coagulation and sedimentation process of pharmaceutical wastewater from Shanghai Zhongxi Three-Dimensional Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.The technical structure of the thesis is divided into four parts: experimental research on pharmaceutical wastewater coagulation,realization of coagulation fuzzy control system,visual simulation of coagulation fuzzy control system,and establishment of remote monitoring system for coagulation fuzzy control device.In this paper,the experimental research on coagulation wastewater is used to explore the factors affecting the coagulation experiment,accumulate the experimental parameters,establish the correlation analysis model between the influencing factors and the effluent COD and turbidity,and use the model to select the fuzzy control index and the corresponding parameter use range.condition.Through the analysis of influencing factors and turbidity and COD correlation coefficient of pharmaceutical wastewater coagulation experiment,turbidity is selected as the fuzzy control index.Next,the fuzzy control system design needs to be constructed.This part is divided into two sections: software system design and hardware system implementation.After the hardware assembly of the coagulation device is successful and the software of the fuzzy control system is compiled,the software and hardware of the fuzzy control of the pharmaceutical wastewater coagulation device are combined,and the MCGS configuration software is used to realize the visual simulation and simulate the operation effect.The realization method is to use MCGS industrial control configuration software as the upper computer to connect the lower computer,namely PLC and some instrumentation.In addition,due to the weak compilation ability of MCGS's own algorithm,the data communication between MATLAB and MCGS is realized by DDE data transmission technology.After the combination of the upper computer and the lower computer,in order to facilitate real-time and long-distance monitoring of the coagulation device,the paper finally uses 4G-DTU IoT technology to realize remote monitoring.The operation experiment of the coagulation system was carried out.The COD removal rate of wastewater fluctuated between45% and 50%,and the turbidity removal rate fluctuated between 73% and 80%.The treatment effect was good.
