In the increasingly serious energy and environmental problems,such as the shortage of fossil fuels,environmental pollution,and under the background of the greenhouse effect,the use of photocatalyst converting solar energy into other energy sources has become a very meaningful topic.Using solar power in catalyst surface chemical conversion is considered to be a kind of environmental friendly alternative to traditional thermodynamic driving heterogeneous catalysis.Photocatalysis is the use of light catalytic reaction.In order to be able to use the light energy to chemical energy effectively chemical conversion between,need a photocatalytic materials.Nanometer semiconductor is a kind of catalytic materials can be used as a photocatalyst material,it's in environment,energy,manufacturing,and other fields has a very broad application prospects.Hydroxy stannate zinc is a new type of semiconductor catalytic materials,non-toxic and harmless,preparation methods variety.Typical accumulation of face-centered cubic perovskite structure,surface with abundant hydroxyl groups,under the irradiation of a certain wavelengths of light easy to generate hydroxyl free radicals,which can catalytic degradation of organic pollutants.This paper is using the electrochemical method to synthesize hydroxy stannate at the end of the zinc powder,and the growth mechanism of hydroxy stannate zinc was studied,different supporting electrolyte and current density on the generation of hydroxy stannate effect of zinc.As an example of the preparation of zinc hydroxystannate,the study of electrochemical synthesis of nickel stannate and its corresponding photocatalytic properties was further studied.The main research contents are list below:1.Cation membrane method is used for the first time at the end of the different shape of hydroxy stannate zinc powder was prepared.Mainly studied the supporting electrolyte and current density on the preparation of zinc hydroxy stannate morphology,structure,thermal stability and the influence of photocatalytic performance.Use of TG,IR,EDX,XRD,TEM and HRTEM for characterizing the performance of hydroxy stannate zinc.Proved by using different supporting electrolyte and current density of the preparation of hydroxy stannate zinc is pure,no impurity phase micro/nano particles.And further studies have found that by the preparation of the supporting electrolyte hydroxy stannate the morphology of zinc and light catalytic properties have great influence.At the same time,the light catalytic mechanism of catalyst was studied.2.With the same method of preparing hydroxy zinc stannate,nickel stannate powder under various conditions was synthesised in this paper prepared.The effects of supported electrolytes and current density on the morphology,structure,thermal stability and photocatalytic properties of prepared nickel stannate were investigated.The electrochemical performance of nickel stannate was characterized by TG,IR,EDX,XRD,TEM and HRTEM.First of all,it is proved that all the nickel stannate prepared by using different supporting electrolytes and different current densities are pure,heterogeneous micro-nano particles.In addition,further studies have found that,unlike zinc hydroxystannate,the nickel-supported stannate does not have good photocatalytic properties.
