Due to the increasingly serious environmental pollution problem,dust removal and denitrification integrated filter media has gradually become a hot spot in the field of research.Due to the low operation cost and high denitrification efficiency,the selective reduction method?SCR?is widely used to prepare the integrated filter media for dust removal and denitrification due to the entry of the tail gas after dust removal into the denitration?nitrogen oxide?process.The commonly used catalyst for denitrification is manganese?Mn?,cerium?Ce?oxide.In this paper,three different ways of loading catalyst on PPS needle filter material are used to realize the integrated dust removal/denitrification process of high temperature dust,namely,impregnation method,in-situ deposition method,and so on.Poly?phenylene sulfide??PPS?impregnation supported catalyst based on plasma treatment.The catalyst was loaded onto the PPS high temperature resistant felt by the method of plasma treatment and impregnation.Firstly,by controlling the voltage,duty cycle,rate and frequency of the plasma,the appropriate orthogonal test level was selected,and then the load rate and the load fastness is the evaluation index.The final optimal load process conditions are:voltage 270 V,duty cycle 60%,rate 8 m·min-1,frequency 19 KHz.The SEM,XRD and TG analysis of the catalyst-loaded PPS needle felt showed that the catalyst was uniformly coated on the PPS needle felt,and there were few catalysts in the fiber;After that,the thermal properties did not change significantly,and the catalyst appeared in a weakly crystalline structure,which improved the activity of the catalyst.Design and build a laboratory denitration experiment device for denitration simulation experiments.Through the exploration of various factors affecting the denitration effect,the final optimal denitration process conditions are:denitration temperature 180°C,denitration time 2 h,denitrification ammonia nitrogen ratio 1.By comparing the loading rate,load fastness and denitration rate of PPS needle felts loaded with catalyst in three different ways,the results showed that:loading rate:in situ deposition method>plasma treatment>impregnation method;load fastness:plasma treatment>impregnation method>in situ deposition method;denitration rate:plasma treatment>dipping method>in situ deposition method;SEM test,XRD analysis,TG analysis,thickness and gas permeability analysis of PPS needle felts loaded with catalysts in three different ways were carried out.The results showed that after denitration,the surface catalysts peeled off;the thermal properties did not change significantly;The square meter weight and air permeability have all decreased.
