Coal as China's important basic energy and industrial raw materials,effectively support the rapid development of social economy,and coal mine equipment as the basic equipment of the coal industry,the market has also become the arena of fierce competition in domestic and foreign large/medium-sized enterprises.Considering the cost and efficiency,the multinational enterprises often transfer the original production line to the domestic for localization production,effective project schedule and control is very important to enhance the competitiveness of the market.The project of transferring line for producing brake used in coal mine shovel equipment as the research object of this paper,there were two problems caused the project schedule delay during the actual work: first,the project schedule is extensive,complete step to consider the next step,the lack of overall goals;second,unable to effectively control the implementation of the plan.The company's original linear function is not conducive to the cooperation of various departments,the project team members ignore and their responsibilities and the time node.In view of the unreasonable extensive project plan,the plan should be made in consideration of the whole cycle stage of the project,the use of WBS work breakdown structure,critical path method,program evaluation and review technique methods and other tools to develop the enforceability of the project plan,and a more accurate estimate of the project cycle is about 240 days.Further,in this paper,the use of duration optimization method to optimize the project plan,the project cycle is reduced to 230 days.For the effective control of project progress,this paper adopts the control method to monitor the milepost of nodes,in organizational measures,according to the work breakdown structure work package,the allocation of responsibilities to the project team members.According to the actual situation of the company's organizational structure,the project regular meeting system is a good tool to carry out the dynamic control of the project schedule.Through the above methods,the project team members clearly defined responsibilities,clear goals,smooth communication,the entire project schedule with a better control.The research and application of this paper is applied to the project schedule management of the company's production line.At present,it has already completed the introduction of the production line,and entered into the stage of formal production.The experience of this project in the project planning and progress control,will provide reference for the introduction of the follow-up production line.
