Research On The Project Design Progress Management Of Middle And Smelting Alex Hua Tian

The project of modern metallurgical area is compact, all kinds of large-scale equipment, various production process and high risk、and involving a wide range of complex engineering.In engineering design stage, the different profession need the different designers, it is crossed and must interface smoothly between profession and professional design, which cause many uncertain factors, it is difficult to guarantee the design schedule, so the design progress of the project is very important for project management. In order to ensure the orderly implementation of the project schedule, improve work ability of the whole system, it is practical significance to explore the method of design for the project schedule management.In this thesis, it is firstly summarize the related theories and application research status about project schedule management; then analyze the management present and problems of the project progress management of MCC Alex Hua Tian; then on the basis of this analysis, this thesis propose some improvement measures about project progress management of MCC Alex Hua Tian, including establishing the schedule control group to control the progress according to the different levels of management, schedule management method, and put forward to strengthen the design the project schedule system, improve the basic file management, strengthen the monitoring system of project design, improve the information communication and coordination mechanism. Finally, combined with the management practice of Shagang 100 tons of electric furnace steelmaking, this thesis describes that in the matrix project management mode, paying attention to communication and coordination, applying critical path method and Gantt chart method to strengthen human resource management and allocation,can improve the project schedule control measures.
