| Railway transportation is the most important part of national transportation system.At present,rail-grinding technology is the main maintenance technology for railway lines at home and abroad.Based on the development status of rail-grinding wheels at home and abroad,especially the gap between the manufacturing technology of grinding wheels in China and that of imported grinding wheels in foreign countries,a new type of composite grinding wheel with independent design and competitive with foreign products has been developed.Based on the excellent performance and wide application prospect of brazing tools,the new type of composite grinding wheel developed.The mechanism and grinding performance of the new type composite grinding wheel for rail grinding are also studied.The main contents of this thesis are as following:(1)The structure of the new composite grinding wheel designed.The resin-bonded corundumgrinding wheel used as the matrix for brazing super-hard abrasive caking.Following the analysis of the structural integration of them,the optimum scheme of the new composite grinding wheel established.(2)A brazing super-hard abrasive agglomeration manufacturing process and a new composite grinding wheel manufacturing process are developed.A new composite grinding wheel for rail-grinding was successfully developed by selecting suitable abrasives,brazing fillers,grinding wheel matrix materials and manufacturing process.(3)The comprehensive performance of the new composite grinding wheel is studied.The grinding performance of the new composite grinding wheel and the imported resin bonded grinding wheel compared and analyzed by rail grinding test.The grinding force,grinding temperature and rail surface roughness after grinding tested and analyzed by the corresponding instruments and devices.The comprehensive performance of the new composite grinding wheel is superior to that of the imported resin bonded grinding wheel through comparative analysis of rail grinding test results.(4)A mathematical model of grinding force during rail grinding is established.The reliability of the mathematical model of grinding force verified by comparing the measured values of grinding force between a new composite grinding wheel and an imported resin bonded corundum-grinding wheel in rail grinding test with the calculated values of grinding force from theoretical analysis. |
