Micro-array structure is a common microstructure,which appears in the core components of many devices and plays an important role.Micro-EDM can realize batch machining of array structure by using array electrode,which plays an important role in array structure machining.In order to solve the above problems,micro-milling and micro-EDM are adopted in this dissertation.This dissertation discusses the feasibility of the combination of two processing technologies.Based on the analysis of process characteristics,a combined machining platform was built on the existing micro-EDM milling machine in the laboratory,aiming at micro-milling of array microstructure and micro-EDM combined machining platform.In order to study the electrode jump motion on micro-EDM with microarray structure,the influence of electrode jump motion on the flow velocity,pressure and movement of debris in the working fluid gap during EDM with microarray structure was simulated and analyzed.Through simulation,it is found that electrode jump motion assistant machining can realize the renewal of working fluid and discharge of debris.In order to guarantee the accuracy of micro-array electrodes,this article has carried on the graphite material micro array structure of micro-milling technology experiment,analyzes the milling parameters on the influence law of graphite electrode precision and surface quality,and then,through the experimental analysis of the machining method and one by one step by step method,the consistency of two kinds of processing method of array electrodes are studied.In order to obtain high quality micro-array structure,this article using the micromilling process preparation of micro-array electrodes was carried out by micro-array structure of micro-EDM processing technology research,the experiment analyzed the tool electrode array number,the precision and surface quality of the technology of microarray structure,flow field simulation is verified the effectiveness of the method and process.
