Sulfur and some sulfur compounds in Chinese and Mongolian medicines have toxicity while producing curative effect.Excessive addition of illegal substances will cause great damage to human health.At present,the common methods for the detection of sulfur and sulfide in Mongolian medicine often have disadvantages such as complex pretreatment,long detection time and heavy equipment,which cannot achieve fast and real-time detection.Raman spectroscopy is widely used in various fields because of its high specificity,high sensitivity and short detection time.This article uses the normal Raman spectra of three kinds of Mongolian qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of sulfur or sulfur,and through the Raman spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis method to calculate the Mongolian vermilion and realgar in topical ulcer powder proportion,and the preparation of silver sol were characterized,the optimized test conditions,finished the tests of sulphur fumigation of Chinese medicine.Firstly,the sulfur in Menggenwuusu-18 and the vermilion and realgar in ulcer powder for external use of Mongolian medicine were qualitatively detected by conventional Raman spectra and the semi-quantitative analysis of sulfur,vermilion and realgar was carried out on an appropriate back to obtain the minimum detection limit of the above three substances,and the recovery rate and relative standard deviation were calculated to verify the repeatability and accuracy of the results.The reason why there is no characteristic peak in Bateri-7 and Saligaridi-15 Raman spectra of two drugs containing vermilion is analyzed.Then,a method for measuring the mass ratio of vermilion and realgar in binary mixtures was established by using Raman spectroscopy,meanwhile,based on this method,the principal components of Mongolian medicine external ulcer powder containing vermilion and realgar were analyzed,and the proportion of realgar and vermilion was obtained.This method reduces the interference of overlapping peaks and has the advantages of rapidity,convenience and accuracy.Finally,silver sol was prepared by chemical reduction method and characterized to explore the best detection conditions of sodium sulfite.Under the best detection conditions,the concentration gradient spectrum and the minimum detection limit of sodium sulfite were obtained,and based on this,the detection method of astragalus,yam and angelica for sulfur fumigation was simulated,and its SERS spectrum and the minimum detection limit were obtained.Because of its fast,simple and accurate characteristics,SERS technology has shown a bright prospect in the detection of sulfur fumigation traditional Chinese medicine.
