The uniformity of the cross wedge rolling?CWR?shaft parts is the degree of deformation during the rolling process.During the forming process,the higher the deformation uniformity of the rolling stock,the more uniform the deformation of the various parts of the rolling stock,which is the conducive to a uniform internal structure and great appearance size.When measuring the pros and cons of the rolling process,the homogeneity of the rolling stock during the rolling process should be taken as an important reference factor.Therefore,this paper studies the uniformity of forming and forming of closed-open joint wedge rolling shaft,and ensures the high quality,high efficiency and high utilization rate of the material during the rolling process.In this paper,numerical simulation and rolling experiment are combined to study the forming and performance uniformity in closed open CWR.Through finite element simulation,the metal flow,equivalent strain,and the grain size and dynamic recrystallization volume fraction after rolling,and measure the uniformity of rolling deformation,on the basis of elucidating the forming evaluation index,using the numerical simulation method,the uniformity of forming was studied from the stress and strain changes in each stage of the rolling process,and the effect of the reduction of the area of the rolling on the uniformity of the forming was emphatically studied.The uniformity of the samples was studied from the changes of average grain size and dynamic recrystallization volume fraction at each stage of the rolling process.On this basis,the wedge angle?1 in wedge section,the wedge angle?3 in widening section,the reduction ratio of the section and the diameter of the blank,and the uniformity of the microstructure distribution were studied respectively.The results were obtained under the model conditions,and the optimal process parameters for the closed open CWR.Finally,the closed open CWR experiment was carried out.Through the comparison of concave after actual rolling and the simulation results,the feasibility of the closed open CWR method was verified,and the metallurgical experiment of 42CrMo alloy steel,the surface of the rolled piece after rolling test is subjected to corrosion,the austenite grain is obtained and average grain size is measured,and the average grain size after the finite element simulation is performed,and the accuracy of the microstructure simulation was determined.The research results in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the effective control of the forming and performance quality of the closed open CWR shafts,and provide a reliable experimental basis for solving the end concave values and end defects of shaft parts.It provides relevant theoretical guidance for the practical production of CWR process.
