| The application of e-commerce started late in China,but in recent years,e-commerce in the field of life has made great achievements,which is deeply affecting the transformation of trade mode in China’s steel industry.Under the influence of many factors,such as the meager profit of large steel mills,the impaired profitability of traditional steel traders,and the monotonous service mode of information merchants,various background enterprises have invested in steel e-commerce to change the miserable situation of long-term loss in the steel industry chain.After several years of homogeneous competition,managers gradually realized that platform service is an important ability to determine the core competitiveness of steel e-commerce.However,due to the fact that steel e-commerce is the first in the field of commodity trading,and the difference between domestic and foreign comprehensive environment is obvious,the current development and profit situation is unsatisfactory.In this situation,it is necessary to extract the influencing factors of the development mode of the current e-commerce steel enterprises with good development trends,so as to indicate the future development direction of China’s e-commerce steel industry.This paper combines the service innovation theory with the development model of steel e-commerce,and follows the basic principles of analysis and induction to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the service innovation model of steel e-commerce with industry influence.Firstly,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of steel e-business service innovation based on domestic and foreign research reviews and service innovation theories.Then,it analyzes the development mode and status quo of China’s steel e-commerce,as well as the current severe problems,and draws the necessity of the development of steel e-commerce based on service innovation.Then,based on the general paradigm of multi-case study,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of typical e-business service innovation mode of steel,and details each influencing factor.Thirdly,based on the influence of service innovation factors on the service innovation performance of enterprises,the structural model of service innovation of steel e-commerce is constructed.Then,according to the different participation functions,the 12 influencing factors are redefine as 6 categories,and tested the effect of 6 categories of factors on the service innovation performance of enterprises under different ability intermediaries gradually.Finally,combined with China’s steel business development present situation,problems and based on the service innovation of steel electricity business development of key factors,from the focus on customer experience,strengthen the construction steel electricity,attaches great importance to the steel electric business internal and external resources integration,and give full play to the effect of policy support four aspects proposed the steel e-commerce future development strategy based on service innovation. |
