| In recent years,due to the challenges of climate change and environmental pollution,countries around the world have to abandon traditional economic growth methods and seek new economic growth methods that can achieve both economic growth goals and environmental protection goals,and achieve sustainable development.From the perspective of our country,since the reform and opening up,our country’s economy has achieved sustained and high-speed growth,but at the same time it is also facing problems such as environmental pollution and resource consumption.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Ecological Environmental Protection" regards improving environmental quality,strengthening the comprehensive management of the ecological environment,and accelerating the completion of shortcomings in the ecological environment as a core task of development.As the leading industry in China’s economic construction,industry is the main driving force for economic development and plays a pivotal role in promoting China’s green and efficient development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the development status of China’s industrial green innovation.Based on previous studies,this article first builds a non-radial,non-oriented,variable return to scale window Super-SBM model that includes undesired output,and evaluates the efficiency of China’s industrial green innovation from 2005 to 2019;Secondly,the global Moran’s I and local Moran’s I spatial analysis methods are introduced to explore their spatial distribution.At the same time,the spatiotemporal transition analysis method is used to study the types and paths of the spatiotemporal transition of China’s industrial innovation efficiency;finally,a multiple linear regression Model,empirically examine the impact of eight factors,including the level of economic development,ownership structure,and environmental regulations,on the efficiency of industrial green innovation.The main conclusions are as follows: First,the development level of China’s industrial green innovation efficiency is increasing over time,showing an overall upward trend;second,there are large spatial differences in China’s industrial green innovation efficiency,showing a gradual decline from east to west.Third,the spatial distribution of China’s industrial innovation efficiency shows a significant positive spatial correlation.There are more provinces with high agglomeration and low agglomeration;fourth,China’s industrial green innovation efficiency has a spatio-temporal transition The type shows a high degree of spatial stability,and the spatio-temporal evolution has strong path dependence characteristics.Fifth,for the three different regions of the east,central and west,the same factor has different impacts on the efficiency of industrial green innovation. |
