Oil storage tank is widely used in petrochemical industry as the most common way of oil storage.In order to ensure the safety of oil storage tank,the oil storage in oil storage tank must be limited to a certain extent,so the measurement and control of oil level in oil storage tank is particularly important.In order to solve this problem,this topic separately studies the measurement and control of oil level in oil storage tank,which has certain application value in improving the accuracy of liquid level measurement and the robustness of control.Aiming at the problem of oil level measurement,an ultrasonic measurement method based on shock reflection wave method is proposed.The software and hardware of the measuring device are designed comprehensively to realize continuous measurement of oil level and real-time display of liquid level data.In order to improve the measurement accuracy,a method combining real-time sound velocity as reference and temperature compensation is adopted to reduce the measurement error.In order to verify the validity of the designed device,experimental verification and debugging were carried out.The results show that the relative error is controlled within 1% in the range of 1500 mm,and the accuracy is higher than that of the traditional level gauge.Aiming at the problem of liquid level control,a kind of fuzzy PID controller is designed based on the theory of fuzzy control and traditional PID control.By calculating the current system error and error change rate,the parameters of the PID controller are adjusted by using the fuzzy reasoning system to achieve real-time online adjustment of the three parameters of the PID controller.Under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation model of the oil level control system is built,and the simulation results are given.The results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the fuzzy PID control has better control quality in overshoot,response speed and robustness.
