With the rapid development of intelligent industrial production technology,equipment manufacturing industry,especially parts manufacturing enterprises,put forward higher requirements for measuring geometric parameters of workpieces.High-precision measurement plays an important role in ensuring product quality,improving processing equipment and optimizing process.Under the background of the wide application of computer vision technology,the application of non-contact measurement technology based on computer vision in parts manufacturing process can effectively improve the dynamic measurement accuracy of parts.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the measurement method of geometric parameters of parts based on computer vision.In this paper,based on the theory of computer vision detection,the method of measuring geometric parameters of objects based on linear structured light is studied by combining theory with experiment.Firstly,the principle of computer three-dimensional measurement is studied,and the research status and development trend of line structured light measurement technology at home and abroad are analyzed.Secondly,the overall implementation scheme of the measurement system is given,the hardware equipment for image acquisition is determined,and a line structured light vision measurement system is built based on the principle of laser triangulation.In-depth research,through comparing the experimental results of various algorithms,the image processing algorithm suitable for this system is finally determined,including image filtering,iterative method to find the best threshold and binarization,stripe center line extraction,Hough transform,feature point extraction and so on.In addition,the calibration of the system is also an important part of obtaining accurate measurement results,which is connected with two-dimensional pixel sitting.The system calibration involved in this subject mainly includes laser calibration,camera internal and external parameters calibration and line laser optical plane fitting.The traditional calibration method is used for camera calibration.The internal and external parameters and distortion coefficients are given mainly according to the calibration toolbox of MATLAB.The optical plane fitting algorithm is designed based on least square method,and then integrated calibration.The final geometric dimension parameters are obtained from the fixed results and the previous extraction results.Finally,the repeatability measurement experiment of the measured object is carried out,and the measurement errors of the whole system are calculated,and the errors are analyzed.The experimental results show that the whole system can accurately measure the geometric parameters of the object measured in the target range,and the measurement accuracy meets the requirements of the system design,and achieves the expected goal.It proves the feasibility of the method.The research work has certain practical significance and engineering application value.
