Electrostatic precipitator technology is widely used in industrial dust treatment industry due to its high dust removal efficiency,adaptability to working conditions,convenient maintenance,safety and reliability.The high-voltage power supply is the core component of the dust collector.The traditional power frequency high-voltage dust removal power supply has many consumables,large energy loss,low dust removal efficiency and slow response speed,which makes it unable to meet the current dust removal requirements.Practice and theoretical demonstration show that the characteristics of pulse power supply,such as concentrated energy,short duration,low energy consumption and low average voltage,can effectively prevent the back corona phenomenon caused by the treatment of high specific resistance dust,and greatly improve the efficiency of dust removal.In this thesis,a superposed pulse power supply for electric dust removal is designed,which divides the whole power supply into DC basic voltage generating part and pulse generating part.The DC base voltage is based on the three-phase voltage regulator circuit.The conduction angle of the thyristor can be adjusted to obtain different voltages.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by calculation and simulation.In order to realize soft-switching technology at high frequency,LCC resonant converter is needed for pulse generation.The voltage and current of two operating modes of LCC resonant converter under discontinuous current are fully described by using circuit time-domain equation,and the influence of resonant parameters on output voltage and current is discussed.The selection of parameters is further optimized.The simulation results are basically in accordance with theoretical analysis.In addition,the design of hardware circuit includes the selection of voltage regulating module,the design of voltage and current sampling circuit,spark detection circuit and so on.Besides,several power supply control modes are widely used in current dust removal system,and spark control method is adopted in dust removal under the principle of high efficiency and convenient control.The control system uses STM32 chip to realize spark detection,frequency and voltage signal conversion,basic voltage adjustment,protection circuit and other functions.Finally,the prototype of the whole power supply is made and the feasibility of the whole scheme is proved by the dust removal experiment.Compared with the dust removal effect of traditional power frequency power supply,the advantages of superposed pulse power supply are highlighted.
