Research On Ecological Compensation System Of Marine Nature Reserve

China is a large ocean country with a total coastline of 18,000 kilometers.It is rich in marine resources and has a long history of marine development and utilization.Since the 1970 s,with the rapid population growth and rapid economic development,China's marine ecosystem has been the most serious threat.Domestic and foreign studies have shown that the demarcation of marine nature reserves is an effective method to repair marine ecosystems.At the same time,the establishment of protected areas has had an impact on the development of local residents,enterprises and the entire region.This effect is particularly evident for residents in and around the protected area: as the exploitation of resources in the protected area is partially or completely banned,they must change or even abandon traditional ways of living and producing or change their place of residence and livelihood through ecological migration.In order to provide the public with quality ecological services,the Marine Nature Reserve has made sacrifices to residents of the reserve.In this sense,the beneficiaries of ecological services should compensate for this,which not only requires the smooth management of protected areas,but also the concept of fairness.However,at present,the ecological compensation system of China's marine nature reserves is flawed,and it is urgent to improve it.The research content of this paper consists of five parts,The first part is the introduction part,and the second part introduces the formation and development of the ecological compensation system of marine nature reserve.The third part is to ask questions,the fourth part is to analyze the problem,and the fifth part is to solve the problem.The first part is the introduction,which is the basis of the following discussion.This paper introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,current situation at home and abroad,research methods and research contents of the ecological compensation system of marine nature reserve,and analyzes related theoriessuch as ecological environmental value theory,public goods theory,externality theory and interest coordination theory.These theories laid the foundation for the study of the ecological compensation system of marine nature reserves.The second part introduces the formation and development of the ecological compensation system of China's marine nature reserve.Based on the introduction of the development process of China's ecological compensation system,the paper analyzes the development of the ecological compensation
