Therefore, a reasonable ecological compensation mechanism for nature reserve has become imperative.In this paper the wuyi mountain national nature reserve in fujian province as a case, the use of interview and questionnaire method for the residents opportunity cost and actual loss data loss, formulated compensation standards. According to the current protection practical situation, combining previous research foundation and explore a summary for the wuyi mountain nature reserve of ecological compensation mechanism. In order to be able to provide guidance and reference for future Wuyishan natural ecological compensation mechanism from the protected areas and other nature reserves in China to develop and improve.Research shows that:fujian wuyishan national nature reserve compensation subject mainly has the government, the administration of reserve, reserves and scenic area use of natural resources and environment of the enterprise and the company; Compensation object mainly is the reserve internal community residents; Comprehensive residents shall be satisfied and residents to losses, at the same time, other studies that reference method compensation standard range should be in2000-2500yuan/person.
