Iron and steel enterprises of waste heat resources, blast furnace slag heat energy level high,is the high grade heat, has a great collection value.Using water quench process of blast furnace slag in China, not only waste heat resources, waste a lot of water at the same time.Recovery of blast furnace slag waste heat using the existing dry process technology, the recovery rate is extremely low.So the blast furnace slag solidification characteristics is of great significance. But in the blast furnace slag solidification heat transfer process is a complex, bring certain difficulty to the research work. For above problems, the blast furnace slag as the research object, combination of solidification/melting model to study the solidification characteristics of molten slag obtained the temperature field, velocity field and distribution of solid-liquid interface, diameter, cooling speed, coefficient of thermal conductivity is studied, the influence of temperature on the surface and the coagulation time completely.Blast furnace slag coagulation experiment, explored the effects of different process conditions on the bead, get the best process conditions. The results show that air makes slag rapidly solidified, but because of the difference of velocity field, temperature field, drop within different solidification speed.Decreased diameter, cooling wind speed increasing, the thermal conductivity and the initial temperature solidification surface solidification and full time decrease.Diameter of influence degree and cooling wind speed is greater than the coefficient of thermal conductivity and the initial temperature;Best coagulation condition is temperature 1600?,10%,Mach number 1.6 the nozzle, gas quenching pressure 0.2 MPa.The results for the design provides a theoretical basis.Figure 51;Table 9;Reference 60...
