The online water quality monitoring system is a comprehensive online automatic monitoring network consisting of modern sensor technology,computer application technology and communication network.Most existing water quality monitoring systems focus on water quality data monitoring,while ignoring the resource attributes and data value mining of water quality data obtained through testing.This paper designs and implements a water quality monitoring data platform,the platform can clean the measured water quality data to ensure data quality,scientific visualization of monitoring data and early warning of suspicious data,and support related decisions.The water quality monitoring platform designed in this paper is mainly divided into two parts: data acquisition system and data processing and analysis system.The data acquisition system first mainly selecting the appropriate water quality testing equipment,and then uses the Modbus protocol and Internet technology to transmit the monitored water quality data to the host computer,finally use the network to monitor the data from upper computer to the data server deployed on Tencent Cloud.The data processing and analysis system is developed by using the Admin LTE framework,Layer jQuery pop-up plug-in,blade template,PHP,etc.,using Influxdb time Series Database storage and search of water quality monitoring data.The numerical interpolation method such as mean method,Lagrangian interpolation and line regression fitting line interpolation is used to interpolate and clean the water quality data or abnormal values that are not obtained by monitoring to ensure the quality of the monitoring data.Using Baidu ECharts and other visualization tools,the monitoring data is scientifically visualized,and then the alarms of the monitored suspicious data are completed by using a mathematical model such as a fixed threshold method,a window trend method,and a message queue.Through the deployment,the platform uses the experimental monitoring data and the relevant water quality monitoring data obtained from the National Environmental Monitoring Station,take the data collection point map labeling,the missing value of the optional interpolation method and the abnormal value interpolation,the monitoring data scientific visualization and the suspicious monitoring data alarm for alarm rules can be set functional test,the platform runs normally,obtained the relevant data analysis and processing results,and alarm prompt for superscalar data.
