Behind the rapid economic development,a series of ecological and environmental problems have emerged. In order to solve the problem of air pollution affecting the national life, the government encourages residents to choose the way of travel with relatively low energy consumption and less pollution, and takes green travel as the foothold and starting point to promote environmental protection.Through two progressive experiments, the influence of time cost and information feedback on green travel is explored. In experiment 1,the single factor six-level experimental design was adopted to explore the impact of time cost on green travel. The results showed that the experimental paradigm had good ecological validity, and the higher the time cost of environmental travel options, the lower the proportion of individuals choosing green travel options.Experiment 2 adopted a two-factor mixed experiment design to explore the impact of time cost and information feedback on green travel. The results show that under the condition of no time cost, individual green travel is not affected by feedback information.Under the condition of time cost, the proportion of green travel in the non-feedback group was significantly lower than that in the simple feedback group and thedetailed feedback group, but the difference between the simple feedback group and the detailed feedback group was not significant. The results show that time cost and information feedback have an impact on individual green travel.Under the condition of no time cost,it activates the representation of individual ideal self and makes it show high environmental protection tendency.Under the condition of time cost, information feedback shortens the psychological distance between individuals and behavioral consequences, thus improving individual green travel behavior.
