Performance feedback,it is in the process of performance appraisal between the employers and employees,especially after performance appraisal results come out,just for performance during the period,to confirm,communicate and review between the two parties,then we can promote enterprise and individual performance.Performance feedback is important,but is not valued in practice,it also failed to produce effective results.For some reason,some supervisors think performance reviews as their own business,not give performance feedback to employees during the assessment process and after assessment results come out,to make performance appraisal and performance management be a form,burden employers,dissatisfy employee.This is a common and neglected paradox.Why does this conflict exist?How to understand and eliminate this paradox?This is the subject of the research presented in this paper,including how should enterprises and all levels of supervisors correctly recognize and value the role of performance feedback?Why the performance feedback is missing?How to improve performance feedback?How to establish a performance feedback mechanism?How to make the mechanism work?And then to achieve continuous improvement in performance and continuous improvement in work,etc.Performance feedback is effective method and process for making performance management work well,improving performance,getting into the habit of continuous improvement.It is the engine of continuous improvement,promoting team and enterprise performance through the improvement of each employee's performance and improvement of personal quality,motivating the workflow to be optimized.Thus,we can realize the good situation of the improvement of enterprise constitution,the implementation of strategic management and the overall improvement of competitiveness.Performance feedback is so important,but many enterprises neglect or become a decoration.Why?How to solve?This paper takes company A as an object of study,firstly introducing company A and highlighting the product and market characteristics of company A,and further introducing the performance appraisal status of company A and the status of feedback.In order to further understand the problem of A company's performance feedback and the reasons that hinder performance feedback effectively,this paper targeted interview the representative of the selection of technicians at the grass-roots level,to interview reflects problems were summarized,explain the problems existing in the company performance feedback,the impact of these problems,the causes of these problems,and how to solve these problems.In order to guarantee the effective implementation of the performance feedback,put forward in this paper,should improve the performance appraisal process,a performance feedback mechanism must be established,with the institutionalization of required to supervise and promote the orderly sequences of performance feedback,so that the performance management to produce the desired effect.To this end,this paper focuses on and solve the following questions:what are the performance feedback process elements,what are the foundation and the external conditions of the establishment of the mechanism,how to establish mechanism itself,how to institutionalize,how to run the mechanism efficiently,what are the specific operations and precautions.
