Although the exploitation and utilization of river resources has brought many benefits to mankind,its over exploitation and utilization has caused numerous ecological and environmental problems to earth,such as river cutoff,water pollution and ecological degradation.Due to those,thus,reckless behaviorss,river ecosystems are facing serious threats.This paper takes the Sumamazhai River in Tieling City as an example,using Matlab and HEC-RAS5.0,Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the water surface line review to study the river ecosystem health impact assessment.And river ecological restoration management research,focusing on.River ecosystem health impact assessment and river ecological restoration management research.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:Taking the river ecosystem as the research object,it explains the definition of river ecosystem health.Referring to the relavent relevant experts and scholars' exploration results of the theory from experts and scholars,and,following the obeying the eight principles of index selections.ection,the three levels of “target layer,criterion layer and index layer”are used as the structural framework to construct the river ecosystem health impact assessment index system,including 8 quantitative indicators and 2 qualitative indicators.The river ecosystem health is divided into five grades,which are ranked as“very healthy,healthy,sub-healthy,unhealthy,and morbid”.Accaccording to the rank of health,and the evaluation criteria from are determined with reference to relevant domestic and foreign literature and industry norms.Based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,taking the Sumamazhai River in Tieling City as an example,constructing a river ecosystem health impact assessment model can provide an important scientific basis for the restoration and reconstruction of river ecosystems.The analysis of the evaluation results shows that the Sumamazhai River is at the level of “sub-health”,and the factors affecting river health are in descending order: per capita water resources,population density,forest coverage,afforestation area,and riparian stabilit sexy.Sex,soil erosion rate,industrial wastewater compliance rate,pesticide application intensity,fertilizer application intensity,population urbanization rate.(in desending order).Combining the natural resources,human landscape,and socio-economic development of the river ecosystem.The whole part of the Sumamazhai River will be divided into key sections and general sections.The combination of engineering measures and ecological measures will be used to repair and control the river water ecosystem,restore the natural characteristics of the river,and promoting the development of the river system towards a healthy and stable trend.To ensure the safety of people's lives and property on both sides of the river and promote harmony between people and water.
