City waterlogging occurs, because its building are not compatible with the natural environment. It have changed the way of runoff, and increased the burden of invisible underground drainage network. The permeable pavement material seepage effect is good,it can reduce the burden of city drainage system. As the most widely used material,Porous concrete pavement exist only in the parking lot,the sidewalk and the green belt of parks, sidewalks and other places with light load.To achieve the use of pervious concrete in the heavy load,on the one hand to meet the needs of water permeable concrete performance,on the other hand it needs to increase the intensity of use. However, the pore characteristics and the pervious concrete implementation of these two properties are closely related to the porosity of the pervious concrete, the permeability of the corresponding will increase, but its mechanical properties will decrease. How to use the new method to improve the relationship between the two contradictory is a major focus of research. This thesis focuses on the existence problems in using of pervious concrete, and centres on the relationship between mechanics properties and permeability of the pervious concrete pavement. The porous concrete ratio design and its preparation technology is important, especially the influence of characteristics of basalt fiber for its performance. After a lot of reference reading, the test plan was designed to explore the main physical parameters affecting basalt fiber porous concrete, and quantitatively analyse the different characteristics of basalt fiber reinforced concrete and the influence of relevant parameter changes on its performance. The main research results are as follows:(1)AS the same water cement ratio,28 d compressive strength of pervious concrete with 5-10 mm aggregate is higher 52.30% than the porous concrete with10-20 mm aggregate, pervious concrete with 10-20 mm aggregate permeability coefficient is 96.70% higher than that of 5-10mm;(2)With the increase of fine aggregate, pervious concrete compression ends and corners of the phenomenon of stress concentration is reduced, because the perviousconcrete pore space distribution,so the compression strength will be improved obviously.(3)With the increase of magnesium phosphate cement, the compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete increased significantly.Because the aggregate wrapped more fully as increase of the amount of cement,so the area between the cement aggregate increased, and direct contact with the corresponding aggregate less, and the concrete permeable cementation layer becomes thicker,on the one hand, can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of pores and defects,on the other hand,it also reduces block load due to aggregate corner contact stress phenomenon,so the pervious concrete strength increase.(4)According to the factors of poor size and trend of change, the factors influence on the compressive strength is: cement ratio?aggregate gradation ?fly ash?basalt fiber content. The effective porosity of porous concrete, order of various factors: cement ratio?fiber content?aggregate gradation?fly ash.The order of the factors of pervious concrete permeability coefficient and the order of primary and secondary factors of effective porosity pervious concrete is the same.(5)The analysis of variance of orthogonal test on the compressive strength of pervious concrete shows that cement ratio change has a significant impact on the results, the other factors were not obvious.(6)Analysis of two aspects of compressive strength and flexural strength, pervious concrete with 12 mm basalt fiber can obtain high mechanical properties, and the suitable dosage range is 0.1-0.2%.(7)In a certain dosage of basalt fiber, effective porosity and permeability coefficient of 6mm basalt fiber porous concrete is higher than that of 12 mm.When basalt fiber is 6mm,effective porosity decreased slowly. The effective porosity of0.3% content compared to 0.2% content is decreased by 2.26%,The effective porosity of 0.4% content compared to 0.3% content is decreased by 1.54%.
