Cold-rolled strip is widely used in industry and manufacturing due to its excellent performance and the detection of its mechanical properties is a very important part of the production process.At present,most steel mills in China use off-line tensile testing to detect the mechanical properties,which does not meet the trend of intelligent manufacturing.This project develops a system for on-line inspection of mechanical properties of cold-rolled strip,which cooperates with Shanghai Baosteel Central Research Institute.This system applies to Baosteel cold-rolled C608 unit and is based on multi-magnetic parameter theory,which is optimized on the software,hardware and algorithm.In this thesis,the theoretical basis of multi-magnetic parameter detection method is introduced firstly.The detection principle and characteristic parameters of four magnetic methods are introduced in combination with magnetization theory.The indirect relationship and modeling method of material magnetic parameters and mechanical properties are described.After that,the development process of the hardware of on-line inspection system is described,including the mechanical design of the feeding mechanism,the equipment selection of this system,and the intelligent control of the hardware system using the PLC.Then according to the application characteristics of the detection system,the software architecture is decomposed into front-end and back-end,and the design of the front-end interface and the development of the back-end program are carried out.Finally,after exploring the calibration process and comparing the prediction accuracy of the two algorithm models,it is concluded that the BP neural network can improve the forecasting accuracy compared to the stepwise regression,and the forecasting results can be further optimized according to the steel classification.By using the Barkhausen equipment to do experimental research on the steel plate sample,it is concluded that the multi-magnetic parameter test method is more advantageous than the single Barkhausen test method.The on-line inspection system for mechanical properties of cold-rolled strip is optimized comparing to the 3MA inspection system,including the control ability of the probe position,the new design of the human-computer interaction interface based on the operating habits of the workers and the adoption of a new algorithm to improve the prediction accuracy of the mechanical properties greatly.At the same time,the on-line inspection system for mechanical properties is more suitable for the use of the industrial production line,and has good practicability and innovation.
