Coal blending scheme plays a decisive role in the core production and operation objectives of coking plants,such as coke quality and coking cost.Therefore,the optimization of coal blending scheme has become one of the key technical work of coking plants.The optimization of coal blending scheme should first be based on the prediction of coke quality,and then the mathematical model of coal blending scheme optimization is established and solved.The prediction of chemical composition index(ash and sulfur)in coke quality index is relatively simple.The prediction of coke strength index(including mechanical strength and thermal properties)involves coking mechanism.At home and abroad,the traditional indexes of coal(chemical composition,cohesion,etc.)and petrographic analysis of coal are mainly studied.Some professional scientific research institutes in China have developed high-precision optimization models for coal blending schemes.But their models are often complex and computationally heavy,and highly dependent on the application of computer systems and mathematical software,which makes them difficult to apply in actual production.Based on the actual production of A Coking Plant,this paper carries out the optimization of coal blending scheme,and mainly completes the following research work:(1)The analysis of coking coal quality test,coking coal small coke oven test and coking coal vitrinite reflectance distribution measurement has accumulated a lot of data,which lays a foundation for the establishment of coke quality prediction model.(2)Established the prediction model of coke quality based on regression analysis.The prediction method of coke mechanical strength is a combination of cohesive index and vitrinite reflectance distribution index.(3)Based on the prediction model of coke quality,a mathematical model of coal blending scheme optimization is established,that is,a linear programming problem with coke quality requirements and production conditions as conditional functions and coal blending cost as objective functions.The solution of this linear programming problem is studied by using the "Solver" function of Office Excel software.The method realizes the optimization of coal blending scheme.(4)The optimization method of coal blending scheme is put into practical production and its application effect is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the optimized coal blending scheme can meet the actual needs of production.The research ideas and methods in this subject have high reference value and guiding significance for the optimization of coal blending schemes of similar enterprises.
