With the rapid development of the electronic information industry.And China has been the largest copper consumer in the world.However,the process of copper smelting will cause a certain environmental impact.There are still problems in the copper industry in China,such as backward technology,high pollution and high energy consumption.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the atmospheric pollutants produced by the copper smelting project.The main pollutants are dust,heavy metals?Pb,Cd,Hg,Cu,Zn?and metal like and acid gases?SO2,NOx?,sulphuric acid fog?suspended microscopic water droplets formed by the evaporation of liquid sulfuric acid or generated by the action of sulfuric acid gas and water vapor in the air?.Using the material balance method to calculate the atmospheric pollution source produced by this project.Through the comparison and analysis of the emission standards for pollutants from copper,cobalt and nickel?GB25467-2010?and the emission standard of odor pollutants?GB14554-93?,the smoke,mist and Pb in the pollutants do not meet the requirements for the discharge of the standard,sp the direct emission will inevitably have adverse effects on the environment and the health of the human body.Therefore,it is necessary to identify corresponding protective measures for the above air pollutants.In order to meet the emission requirements of the standard for pollution control of domestic waste incineration?GB18485-2014?,the prevention and control measures of air pollution in this project are determined as follows:for SO2,taking preventive measures:desulphurization by active coke drying+wet electrostatic precipitator.For the air exhaust gas,taking preventive measures:bag filter;for the flue gas of acid mist in electrolysis and net liquid section and the flue gas of waste water treatment station waste gas,taking preventive measures of acid mist absorber?alkali absorption?for acid mist purification.In this paper,the AERMOD model is used to predict the effects of air pollutants,heavy metals and metal like?Cu,Pb,Cd,Hg?,acid gas?SO2,sulphuric acid fog and NOx?on the environment in the 25km2 region around them,and the relationship between environmental pollution and human health is studied,and the health of the human body is described quantitatively.The results show that:?1?None of the pollutants of copper smelting project exceeds the standard.Therefore,it has little influence on the environment quality.?2?The waste gas containing heavy metals?Pb,Hg,Cd?emitted by the project is 2.9×10-16-9.3×10-12 for the individual health hazards of environmental health hazard assessment,and the risk degree of heavy metals is lead>mercury>cadmium.The annual risk value of heavy metal health hazards predicted by this project is far less than the maximum acceptable level of 1×10-6/a,and the health risk level of heavy metals in the exposed air of the residents in the evaluation area is acceptable.By analyzing the air pollutants produced in this project and its effect on the environment,this paper proporose several measures,which can not only reduce its effect on environment,but also good for residents'heathy.Besides,this paper also provide some references for the constrction of fire smelting copper of similar size.
