With the development of numerical control technology,glass engraving machine,as an automatic plane glass processing equipment,has a very broad application market at home and abroad,widely used in the field of plane glass deep processing.At present,the control system of domestic glass engraving machine uses the PMAC controller produced by Delta Tau company in the United States as the main body and an open CNC system based on PC.This kind of control system has the characteristics of short development cycle,small development workload,rich functions,powerful algorithm and strong scalability.However,the system has a high dependence on PMAC,so it is not easy to find substitutes.In addition,PMAC is expensive and has a long procurement cycle,which is not conducive to the long-term interests of enterprises.In order to reduce the cost and improve the competitiveness of the product,this paper proposes a pc-based all-software CNC glass engraving system with a general controller as the control platform.In this paper,the numerical control glass engraving machine is systematically analyzed,and the mechanical composition,electronic control module and processing technology are summarized respectively.CNC glass engraving is a typical five-axis four-linkage equipment,its gantry shaft using two servo motor control,in the system design need to consider the gantry synchronization problem.In this paper,AMC controller is used in the unique mirror function,in the controller from the axis mirror gantry spindle to solve the problem of gantry synchronization.In this paper,according to the process characteristics and functional requirements of glass engraving machine,based on QT platform,C++ programming language is used to design the system software architecture based on PC,and the software is modular design,divided into HMI(man-machine interface),NC kernel,soft PLC.HMI includes the main interface,graphic display,parameter setting,system maintenance,tool management,status display and other functional interfaces.Soft PLC is responsible for the IO operation of the whole system,the role of soft PLC is to facilitate different manufacturers according to their own needs to define the function,to facilitate customer expansion.NC kernel is the core of the whole system,responsible for the system's processing program control,data interaction,etc.,generally composed of multiple threads.Aiming at the speed oscillation caused by continuous small line segment in the process of glass engraving and low machining efficiency,this paper proposes a look-ahead algorithm based on pre-interpolation acceleration and deceleration.By prereading a section of the processing program section,acceleration and deceleration control is carried out on the processing section to calculate a reasonable speed.Through simulation experiments,this forward looking algorithm is feasible.Finally in the completion of nc glass carving system software design,fine in HangZhou has tested the actual processing technology of glass carving machine,from simple straight line,arc,rectangle to machining complex graphics,by means of the effect and now the numerical control processing,comparing the same glass products obtained are consistent with the processing effect.
