Shenzhen,as a rapidly developing mega-city,is a highly concentrated area of population,industry and wealth,and is the most concentrated area of modern economic and social activities.In the construction of "Smart City",the output value and the number of employees in the construction industry are continuously increasing,but the huge scale of construction plays an important role in promoting,but also contains huge security risks,resulting in huge loss of personnel and property and social problems.The traditional safety supervision mode,facing the rapid development of construction technology and new information technology,has lagged behind a little.Therefore,it is necessary to build a new safety supervision platform for construction projects,explore a new safety supervision mode,with large data / cloud platform,in the entire construction project safety supervision and control over the past.The government,as the main supervisor of construction project safety supervision,is in urgent need of building site safety supervision information platform under the trend of widely using integrated information technology in the construction industry.Firstly,on the basis of the analysis the contents of construction site safety supervision system,this thesis analyzes the power and difficulties of domestic construction safety supervision,and obtains the theoretical support of establishing domestic construction safety supervision information platform,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following study.Secondly,it studies the construction site safety.Based on the analysis of the key factors influencing the safety management of construction site,the Delphi method is adopted to determine the four main factors of personnel,management,equipment and environment as the main requirements of the study.Then,around the four major factors of personnel,management,equipment and environment,the information technology set is proposed.Finally,by determining the evaluation method model and content of the platform,the evaluation system of the construction site safety supervision informatization platform is constructed,which can be used to quantify the construction in the future.The informationization of engineering site safety supervision provides a quantitative method,and provides guidance for the application and popularization of the informationization platform of construction site safety supervision.
