Rare earth luminescent materials have gained wide attention in the fields of color display,laser and anti-counterfeiting,the organic-inorganic composite material combines the characteristics of both organic materials and inorganic materials have become a focus for scholars of domestic and foreign.In this thesis,TiO2/organo-modified silicate organic-inorganic composite optical waveguide film materials with Er2O3 nanocrystals and YAG:Ce nanopowders were prepared by sol-gel method and spin coating method,composite thin films have been studied and analyzed in detail,Specifically,it includes the following parts:Firstly,Er2O3 nanocrystalline organic-inorganic composite film was prepared.The properties of composite films at different heat treatment temperatures and different Er2O3 nanocrystal concentrations were investigated:Optical transmittance,it shows that the composite film material has high optical transmittance in visible light;Optical waveguide characteristics and surface topography,it shows that a single layer of a few micron thick,smooth and dense composite film can be obtained at low temperature;Upconversion luminescence,the composite film exhibits significant luminescence at 540 nm,563 nm,and 662 nm and the chemical structure;In addition,including Chemical structure and material composition.Second,YAG:Ce nanopowder organic-inorganic composite film was prepared and the properties of the composite film under different heat treatment temperatures and different YAG:Ce nanopowder concentrations were studied:Optical transmittance,it shows that the composite film has an optical transmittance of 80%or more in the visible light band;Refractive index,thickness and surface topography,,it shows that a single layer of a few micron thick,smooth and dense composite film can be obtained at low temperature;Down conversion luminescence,the composite film showed strong luminescence at a central wavelength of 580 nm;In addition,including chemical structure and material composition.
