China's construction industry has also ushered in such an unprecedented development opportunity due to the rapid advancement of China's economy in recent decades.However,as the construction industry prospers,more and more construction waste is also plaguing people.These construction wastes not only affected the appearance of the city,but also impeded the development of the city.Under the call of President Xi Jinping to build a beautiful China,more and more researchers have begun to invest more energy to deal with the pain points in this development process.As a large-scale abandoned sintered shale brick in construction waste,it has slowly seat into the outlook of people.It used to be a quality product to replace clay bricks.It has also made a great contribution to China's "forbidding solid brick" and "forbidding clay brick" policies.But,more and more shale bricks have been abandoned with the continuous replacement of buildings in the urban area and the impact of some natural disasters.How to recycle these discarded sintered shale bricks? Our scientific research workers are constantly striving.Once we treated the waste sintered shale bricks very simply,people usually landfill them directly or pile them up in the open air.However,these methods are obviously not in line with the requirements of green and sustainable development.This paper intends to use waste sintered shale bricks as raw material for cement to burn clinker of ecological cement.So this paper first analyzes the chemical composition of waste sintered shale bricks.The feasibility of using waste sintered shale brick powder as raw material for cement raw materials to fully produce cement is fully studied from the theoretical basis of the process of burning cement clinker from cement raw materials.On this basis,the paper also completed the following work:1.Other raw materials were selected and their chemical composition was analyzed,and all raw materials were pretreated to meet the test requirements.On the basis of completing these tasks,the test plan of this test was determined by various factors and combining the existing test conditions,determining the formulation of the raw material and the plan of calcination.2.The detection of free calcium oxide of clinker,mineral phase analysis and mineral lithofacies analysis are completed after the calcination test is completed.The test found that the calcination temperature is 1450 ?,the amount of brick powder is 1% and the ratio is low,the free calcium oxide content in the clinker meets the production requirements.The mineral phase analysis of the clinker showed that the addition of shale brick powder did not affect the formation of minerals,and the main minerals in the clinker remained unchanged.The results of lithofacies analysis of clinker show that the addition of brick powder can upgrade the burnability of raw materials to some extent,but adding too much brick powder will cause the minerals in the clinker to be dissolved.3.Add an appropriate amount of gypsum to the clinker to prepare the ecological cement after the clinker calcination test is completed.The strength of cement mortar was tested according to national standards and SEM analysis was performed on the hydrated samples of cement.The test results show that the addition of brick powder does not affect the strength of the cement mortar.The strength of the cement mortar in the test has reached the standard of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and the formation of hydration products is also very good.4.On the basis of the completion of the test,the economic,environmental and social benefits of adding waste sintered shale brick powder to produce ecological cement were analyzed.All in all,the experiments and summary work in this paper show that it is technically feasible to use waste sintered shale brick powder for the production of ecological cement.If the brick powder can be adopted in actual production to produce cement,it will bring great economic,environmental and social benefits,making significant contributions to the advancement of building a sustainable green development in China.
