The thermal insulation performance of building envelope has an important impact on people's living comfort,and also reflects the quality of its thermal performance.As a new type of wall material,straw shale sintered porous brick takes clean energy crop straw as pore-forming agent.It takes advantage of its high calorific value,large amount of burning loss and excellent characteristics as internal combustion material.At the same time,with the help of finite element thermal simulation software Fluent,it optimizes the layout of porous brick holes and greatly improves the thermal performance of brick.The research work of this paper is mainly carried out through finite element simulation analysis and thermal performance test.Firstly,the error rate between the equivalent thermal conductivity of brick and the thermal conductivity measured by experiment is 9.14% in the finite element simulation analysis software Fluent,which verifies the feasibility of simulation within the tolerance range of error.Then,through the comparative analysis of six factors of porous brick pore form,i.e.pore type,rectangular length-width ratio,pore row number,pore arrangement mode and pore rate,the paper explores the feasibility of simulation.The influence degree and action mechanism of six factors on the thermal performance of brick body.Secondly,combined with the original process and the improved industrial production process flow chart of straw shale sintered porous brick,the product of straw shale sintered porous brick was prepared by mixing straw raw materials with shale and coal gangue at different mixing ratios of 0%,2%,4%,6% and 8%.The thermal performance and mechanical strength of bricks with different straw content were compared and analyzed to determine straw mixing.The influence of quantity change on thermal performance of brick body.Finally,according to the thermal performance test,mechanical strength test and optimization design of porous brick with 4% straw shale,the best scheme is determined.
