Research On Environmental Cost Control Based On Product Life Cycle Method

With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing consumption of natural resources,extensive economic growth has also brought many problems of environmental degradation,such as the rampant haze,water pollution,air pollution and so on.Therefore,enterprises must increase their efforts to environmental protection of non-ferrous metals production strategy,in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the production process,and to implement effective control of production and operation of environmental costs.Although there are many reasons that can cause serious environmental pollution,the environmental damage caused by enterprises in their operation is the most important factor that can not be ignored.With the rapid development of China's society,enterprises have become an important carrier and the most important part responsible for the social environment.Enterprises should take the initiative to develop the related work of environmental protection,enhance their sense of responsibility,establish their own scientific and effective environmental protection system for environmental protection,commit themselves to the scientific formation of corporate social image,and promote the stable and healthy development of society.In order to change the current situation of ecological destruction,this paper takes the environmental investment of the products produced by enterprises as the main control axis in the process of their life cycle,and conducts a scientific and effective research on how enterprises can better enhance their environmental protection ability.First of all,it elaborates in detail the problems and related concepts faced by various countries based on environmental investment control of enterprises,including life cycle theory related to environmental investment and important theories such as environmental cost control.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed based on cost control has a purpose,take the analysis of all survey of current scientific and reasonable sum up the present situation and problems of environmental protection investment control,found that no single recognition,cost measurement of environment cost is not complete,at the same time,using the questionnaire data analysis of the three research direction,respectively is employee data level,environmental cost and environmental cost control proposal,for the enterprise environment cost control in the future work provides a realistic basis.Thirdly,this paper expounds the scientific and effective nature of adopting the product life cycle method to control the environmental protection investment process,and establishes the scientific system of environmental protection cost constraint based on the cycle Angle.The entire process of environment control in the specific production of enterprises is taken as the main axis of the study,and the detailed analysis and exploration are mainly carried out from the control of environmental protection costs and other links.Taking Jiangxi copper industry co.,LTD as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of environmental cost control and finds out the existing problems in environmental cost control of Jiangxi copper industry group.Based on the product life cycle method,the environmental cost control system is established and applied to the group business by combining the characteristics of Jiangxi copper group.
