Waste rubber is a kind of macromolecular material with high content of rubber.It is necessary to recycle it to study the rational utilization of resources.Meet national requirements of environmentally friendly and resource-conserving society.Composite materials are popular because of their excellent properties.According to the performance requirements of some products,more and more composite materials were Synthesized.One of them is composite material of waste rubber,which cannot be directly used for the reprocessing of other rubber products,but can be reprocessed through some ways of regeneration to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and reducing the finished products.The main purpose of this paper is to blend it with natural rubber(NR)to prepare composite rubber for some specific rubber products.Vulcanized rubber powder(RP)was widely used as a kind of waste rubber.In this paper,RP/NR composite was prepared by NR blending of rubber powder crushed at room temperature and water cut rubber powder respectively to replace NR in the outsole of rubber shoes.By means of thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),carbon black disperser,dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and other experimental methods,the effect of compound adhesive on the outsole performance of rubber shoes was analyzed.The results showed that the wear resistance of the outsole of the compound rubber shoes was significantly improved,and the physical properties of the rubber material increased with the decrease of the particle size of the rubber powder.The direct use of rubber powder is not conducive to the combination with rubber substrate because of its low surface activity.In this paper,activator 480 and promoter DM were used as plasticizers by torque rheometer activation of rubber powder modified,and further modified rubber powder/NR composites was prepared,then composite rubber substitute for rubber soles formula of natural rubber,using TGA,rubber processing analyzer(RPA),DMA characterization of the composites glue content and kinds of compound rubber on the properties of rubber soles.The results showed that the composites prepared by modified rubber powder had better wet slip resistance and wear resistance.Reclaimed rubber is the product of desulfurization and regeneration of vulcanized rubber powder.In this paper,the effects of softener on the properties of reclaimed rubber and reclaimed rubber /NR composite rubber were discussed.The effects of composite and different types of composites on the properties of v-belt substrates were studied.The results showed that the reclaimed rubber with aromatic oil as softener had the highest hardness and the best wear resistance,and the composites with NR blend also had the best wear resistance.When the ratio of vegetable oil to NR was 60:40,the v-belt had the lowest rolling resistance and the best heat generation performance.Trans-l,4-polyisoprene(TPI)is a new synthetic rubber material with high performance.But its mechanical properties are poor,adding functional filler or mixing with other kinds of rubber is the most direct way to improve its mechanical properties.In this paper,TPI/NR composites adhesive was prepared by blending TPI and NR.differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),DMA and flexure fatigue machine were used to characterize the effect of composites type and number of components on the properties of v-belt substrates.The results show that the properties of TPI itself will affect the properties of the composite and thus the properties of rubber products.The addition of composite adhesive increases the Mooney viscosity of the adhesive,and the abrasion resistance of triangle belt sole adhesive is greatly improved,reaching a maximum margin of 62.18%.When the ratio of composite adhesive to NR is 20:80,the adhesive has low thermogenesis and excellent flexural fatigue resistance.
