The Ebinur Lake Basin is an important ecological barrier on the northern of the Tianshan Mountains.However,due to the strong influences of human activities and the extremely fragile eco-environment,the scientific and rational evaluation of the ecological environment in the Ebinur Lake Basin has become an important issue.This study selected the Ebinur Lake Basin as the research area.Under the guidance of environmental health remote sensing diagnosis theory,combined with the relevant content of entropy theory,it evaluates the ecological environment quality of the basin from 2001 to 2017,and provide constructive suggestions for the future development of ecological environment quality in the basin.The main contents and results of this study are as follows:(1)Using the time information entropy and time series information entropy algorithm,the time information entropy and time series information entropy raster map of NDVI,LST and TVDI are obtained from MODIS NDVI and LST annual average data.As to the intensity of changes,NDVI showed obvious changes in the areas around Jinghe,Wusu and Kuitun;the changes in the desert area are not significant.LST showed obvious changes in the middle of the basin,and the south of the basin showed a gentle changes.TVDI showed obvious changes in the south of the basin,and showed a gentle changes in the middle of the basin.As to the trends of the change,NDVI,LST and TVDI all showed an upward trend.NDVI mostly showed an upward trend in middle and east of the basin,LST mostly showed an upward trend in Wenquan and Wusu.TVDI generally showed an upward trend in the basin.(2)Based on the PSR model,the remote sensing evaluation index system of the ecological environment quality of the Ebinur Lake Basin was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of each index,and the comprehensive index evaluation method was used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index EI of the ecological environment quality.The pressure layer index reflects the increase of population density,precipitation and human disturbance in the basin.The state layer indicators reflect the improvement of vegetation growth,while the air pollution is intensified.The response layer indicators reflect the decline of watershed landscape diversity and Per capita GDP has risen.(3)The remote sensing evaluation of the eco-environmental quality of the Ebinur Lake Basin in 2002 and 2017 showed that the eco-environmental quality indices of the two phases were 0.281 and 0.276 respectively,the ecological environment quality was low,and declined slightly,while the ecological environment quality was improved in south of Tuoli and Ebinur Lake.The ecological quality of the Ebinur Lake basin during the 17 years can be characterized as overall degradation and partial improvement.And we provide some suggestions on the ecological environment protection of the Ebinur Lake Basin.
