Laser cladding is one of the important methods of component repair and forming.Cant morphology research of laser cladding is the basis of complex cladding repairing,cant cladding is a complex process of multi-factor coupling,cant relative surface cladding morphology are incline Angle and the powder occurred in the process of gathering together the offset its own gravity,the influence of slope.This paper focus on the single-channel cladding cant cross section morphology research,multichannel lap cladding section morphology research,cant gas powder flow concentration,and the slope cladding cross section carries on the summary and the analysis of characteristic parameters.Cant substrate exist two cladding modes of laser cladding,the base board is fixed with laser deflection Angle of laser cladding method for single-channel cladding width and height of cross-section,cross section area of characteristic analysis,the results show that under the conditions of same dip Angle cladding area,cladding width,height,analysis of cladding order morphology stability is in turn: Scan down > scan up > scan left = scan right.Two cladding modes of multi-channel lap joints on inclined plane were used to study the flatness of cladding layer and the regularity of section characteristic parameters.In addition,transverse and longitudinal comparison and induction were made between them and laser head deflection to choose the cladding direction of the substrate in vertical mode.At the same time,the mathematical model of cross section of cladding was established.The theoretical value of the semicircle model was verified to be the most reliable in the experiment.Under the condition of the same dip Angle,the comparison and analysis of the planar flatness,width and height of the cladding lap showed that the stability of the cladding topography was in the following order:Scanning down > scanning up > scanning left > scanning right,and laser head deflection cross section stability is higher than laser head fixed cladding mode.The influence of the inclined plane Angle on the concentration of the cladding gas-powder flow field was analyzed by establishing the geometric model software to simulate the two cladding modes under the same inclination Angle.The results show that under the same dip Angle,the deflection of the laser head is much higher than that of the laser head,which is beneficial to obtain higher cladding quality and stable cladding layer morphology.This article through to cant cladding,substrate Angle of cross section morphology characteristic parameters under different cladding modes(cladding width,cladding,cross section area,high flatness)cant,overlapping rate,concentration of powder flow field,and cant cladding various cladding direction choice for cladding regularity study morphology characteristics,It provides support for improving the quality and efficiency of complex laser cladding.
