Rapid prototyping technology,also known as rapid prototyping technology,is a hightech manufacturing technology based on material stacking.Metal surfacing technology not only has the general advantages of saving materials,saving energy,and manufacturing complex shape parts,but also has its own advantages: metallurgical bonding between materials,high density of molded parts,good structural homogeneity;high material utilization,simple processing technology,and functional grade parts can be processed with different materials.At the same time,metal surfacing technology combines the current mature welding technology,which can significantly reduce equipment and operating costs,so it has a good development prospects.Based on the research of a large number of research status at home and abroad,this paper has carried out a lot of experiments on how to form a surfacing weld with better macroscopic morphology and improve the stacking strength between the deposited metal and the base metal.Based on the improvement of metal surfacing quality,the system optimization of metal surfacing process parameters was systematically studied.On the basis of the equipment of the existing surfacing test platform,a temperature information acquisition module is added,and the temperature data of the fusion zone and the heat-affected zone during the surfacing process are obtained by real-time development and programming,and the temperature measurement in the metal surfacing experiment is reliable.The forming size parameters and the forming evaluation basis which have important influence on the forming quality of the surfacing weld are determined,and the process parameters which have a significant influence on the forming quality of the surfacing weld are analyzed.Based on this,the theory is combined with the actual way.An orthogonal experiment table suitable for five factors and multiple levels was established.Then,through the direct analysis and the range analysis of the orthogonal experiment results,the influence degree of the process parameters was determined,and a set of reactors was analyzed based on the orthogonal experiment results.The weld seam has good process parameters for macroscopic forming.The single factor experiment was carried out based on the process parameters of good macro-forming.The single-factor experimental method was used to study the variation of process parameters such as surfacing current,dry elongation,surfacing voltage,surfacing speed and base temperature.And the influence law of the residual height coefficient,the forming coefficient and the fusion ratio.On the basis of the experimental data combined with the theoretical analysis,the process parameters are optimized one by one,and the stacking strength of surfacing metal and base metal is improved under the premise of ensuring the better macroscopic forming of the surfacing weld.The pile-up strength between the materials,and through simulation simulation of the surfacing process,the temperature field and stress-strain field after optimization of the process parameters were studied and analyzed.After being verified by mechanical experiments and combined with the experimental results,the surfacing welds optimized by the process parameters have better macroscopic forming morphology,which is beneficial to the subsequent lap joints and improves the stacking strength between the deposited metal and the parent metal.Based on the optimized process parameters,the surfacing weld overlap was calculated and the structural parts were formed.
