Due to the depletion of oil in shallow strata,the drilling engineering gradually sniftea from shallow to deep strata in deep and ultra deep wells.However,practice shows that with the increase of well depth,the rock drillability is getting worse,crushing difficulty increases,in the process of drilling,the bit is often stuck because of lacking torque,prolonging the drilling cycle,and speed up scraped of the bit,resulting in huge economic losses.In this paper,a kind of pure mechanical structure torque amplifier is designed,the structure is analyzed and researched,and the field test is carried out.Firstly,the design scheme is established by the principle of torque amplification of the planetary gear reduction mechanism and the flexible torque transmission characteristic of the torsion spring.In the process of designing the planetary gear system,the specific parameters of the gear are determined and the stress analysis is carried out.According to the limitation of drilling space,the structure of torsion spring is designed,and its strength is checked and calculated by the basic theory of torsion spring.Finally,the whole mechanical structure design is completed.Secondly,by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze static contact on the planet gear transmission mechanism,compared with the theoretical calculation to ensure the reliability of the designed gear transmission.The torsional static strength analysis of the rectangular cross-section spring shows that the spring has sufficient strength during the torsion process.Because the spring must achieve repeated torsion in the work process,it is necessary for fatigue analysis to predict the spring life and optimize it based on nCode designlife fatigue analysis software,to ensure that the spring does not occur fatigue fracture during drilling process.Finally,According to the design scheme,the torque amplifier is developed and verified by field test.Through the analysis of the test data,it is proved that the drilling tool with this device has a great improvement in drilling speed,the drill bit is worn regularly and regularly,which prolongs the life of the drill bit to a great extent.
