Screw shaft is used to replace manual screw thread in machine assembly,which can control bolt preload accurately and finish assembly quickly.At present,planetary reducer used for tightening shaft in important production lines is unable to meet the requirements due to small radial size and large load,so it needs to rely on imports.In order to realize the independent production of high-end tightening shaft,it is necessary to redesign the reducer.In this paper,the planetary gear transmission system for tightening shaft is taken as the research object,which mainly includes design calculation and simulation analysis to design the planetary gear transmission system with high reliability.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the task requirements,the scheme is determined to be two-stage NGW planetary gear drive.Design the system parameters in detail.Use the penalty function method to find the optimum gear design and determine the optimum design.Check the theoretical strength of gear,shaft and bearing.(2)Establish the three-dimensional solid model of transmission system in the software.static analysis is made under the rated to-que so that we can check the stress condition and damage situation of shaft gear and bearing.And predict their service life and compared with the theoretical value in order to confirm the correctness of the model and the reliability of the simulation data.(3)By analyzing the dynamic response of the system under different error excitation,the dynamic contact stress among the gears is obtained.Check the vibration acceleration of the system and get the output amplitude-frequency curve.Check the first six free modes of the box body and compare with the meshing frequency of the gear to check the resonance;The acceleration response of the system dynamic contact load and the rotation speed of the shaft are obtained by the advanced howling analysis of the rigid and flexible coupled model at the maximum rotation speed.(4)The transmission error and meshing misalignment can be obtained by analyzing the transmission error of the system.Prepare for the later modifications and optimizations.To minimize the mean error and minimize the maximum error as the optimization target,the micro modification optimization is carried out for the gear with large error and serious dislocation.Use Genetic algorithm to determine the modification mode and response quantity.The micro geometric modification of gear is carried out to reduce transmission error,and improve gear contact spot and transmission system life,and analyze the reliability of gear box.
