Lens diopter is one of the most important optical parameters of spectacle lenses,which directly affects the visual experience and eye health of spectacle wearers.Therefore,in ophthalmic optics,the measurement of lens diopter is very important.The quality of lenses produced by factories must also be guaranteed,that is,the actual diopter and the nominal error of lenses are within the required range.At present,the diopter of lenses produced in factories is still measured manually,which is inefficient and wastes manpower.Therefore,based on machine vision,this paper design a method to automatically detect the diopter of lens by Hartmann detection method.In view of the research objectives,this paper mainly does the following aspects: The overall structure of the Hartmann refractive measurement system is designed,including the optical system and software program.The experimental data are collected,and the image processing technology of the photographed spot image is deeply studied,including image preprocessing,image binarization,connected area analysis,determination of the center of mass coordinates,etc.The principle and method of Hartmann method for measuring the refractive power of lenses are studied in depth,and a method for measuring the refractive quality of lenses is designed based on this principle.The system was coded and implemented,by which the related experiments of refractive measurement and detection have been completed and the results have been analyzed,and good results have been obtained.The shortcomings of the system and experiment are analyzed,and the future research directions are considered.
